Return Policy

We offer a generous 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to inform us that you would like to begin the returns process. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will also need your order number to enable us to generate the refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at solecubeteam@gmail.com with details of why you would like to return our product. Once your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label (if your product is faulty) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and always do our best to put it right!


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The easiest way to exchange an item is to send an email to solecubeteam@gmail.com with your order number and what you wish to exchange. We will then inform you of the most hassle free way to do this. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is processed. All refunds will make their way back to your original purchase method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
